  • Charged for Equipment I returned



    I returned the digital adapters when Brighthouse started charging for the "free digital adapter" As I had no use for them. One was returned directly to a tech at my house. The other was returned along with all of my Mother's Brighthouse equipment when she switched carriers. Also given to the tech. This month my bill was $100 more, as they charged me for 2 Digital adapters that were lost/stolen. I was told I should have gotten a receipt. That is not my job, it is your tech's.     I don't like the way you added" Al Jezerah" to a network I subscribe to I did call to complain and have gotten two calls from some bright house rep and hung up on twice I would ask you remove them or find a way that they are not part of my lineup and if they are anyway then you do not deserve my money either harassing a customer who pays for a service that now brings in enemy news here we don't want it, Dish is looking mighty good Good afternoon Antonio, I really appreciate your feedback.   • Poor Internet Service



    The BrightHouse internet service has gone way down in service and connectivity in the last three months. When you call for help, all they do is tell you that you are getting what you paid for and then try to sell you on a newer, higher speed internet access (for more money). We've had the internet service for over three years and never had a problem until they began selling their new high-speek internet access. This is dishonest and lacks integrity. For example.     You charge more when a customer calls in to lower their services to try to save money. This has happened to me more than once so it is obviously customary service. Your reply. Well you have been removed from the bundle (Aka- we raised your cable 40 dollars to make up the difference of what you would have saved going to regular internet.) Your company is a scam! More...
