BRIGHOUSE TECHS NO CALL NO SHOW - ECHO INSTALL


WE SCHEDULED A BRIGHTHOUSE TECH TO GO OUT AND INSTALL 150 MBPS ECHO SERVICE FOR A TIME BETWEEN 6 AND 759 PM .
AFTER WAITING ALL THIS TIME FOR THE BRIGHTHOUSE TECH TO SHOW UP WE THOUGHT HE WOULD SHO OR AT LEAST CALL US.
I TOOK THE NIGHT OFF OF WORK TO WAIT FOR THE TECH AND HE DIDNT SHOW UP OR BOTHERED TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW HES NOT COMING.
WHEN I CALLED THE SO CALLED BEST CUSTMER SERVICE THEY COULDNT SAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN THIS HAPPENS ! I WAS UPSET AND RESCHEDULED THE APPOITMENT AND I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK AGAIN TO WAIT FOR THIS NEXT TECH.
