Brighthouse FAIL


I have had Brighthouse for several years now, and I have not found one positive about this company. I constantly have problems accessing On Demand shows, which have made for many a cold dinner nights fussing with my box. My internet speeds have seldom been what they advertise, and I loose service frequently where their modem they gave me resets; this is ALWAYS at the worst moment! I have had over a DOZEN 'specialists' and 'supervisors' come to my home to fix these issues, and NEVER have any of these issues been solved. They overcharge you for their product, and if you are late b/c you are on vacation by even a few days, you will be INSTANTLY charged a $20 'collection' fee, though nobody actually collects anything from you, they just leave a note on your door. When you call to pay your bill, the auto-service is a NIGHTMARE! I get hung up on constantly, or they can't hear me speaking, or they take what I say for something completely different. It's a HUGE headache, and everyone can live with a little less stress in their lives. SO AVOID BRIGHTHOUSE AT ALL COSTS! Don't say I didn't warn you.
