Brighthouse customer service phone wait time... - Phone

The wait time for Brighthouse customer service is horrific. Twice at 45 minutes because their service is failing, and now again am on hold @27 minutes...and it's a SUNDAY! Is this anyway to run a customer centric business? You depend on us to WANT to buy your rvices and programming...this type of support failure makes it clear you don't really care. Lots of other services out there in this free market system that I guess I need to check out, I don't believe your acceptance of this kind of service is something we want to continue with.
