Customer Service are lyers!!!!!!! THEY WILL STRAIGHT UP LIE TO YOU!

I called to find out how I could lower my bill and they told me I was grandfathered in on my "high speed" internet. I told them not to touch it. I didn't want to mess up that status. So what did that lady do? CHANGED MY INTERNET SPEED TO THE HIGHER MORE EXPENSIVE PACKAGE! When I clearly told her NOT to! Then I get a bill the next month for $20 over my regular rate! When I called to find out why they told me the notes said I wanted to get rid of my grandfathered in status. Now I ask you, why would someone trying to lower their bills call and make their bill higher ON PURPOSE? That woman just lied in her notes and messed up my status. I can't wait for some competition to come to my area of Melbourne so I can call them and tell them to shove their cable up their lying conniving rears. Next to Ashley furniture customer service, Brighthouse is the worst company ever! If you have another company available in your area, USE THEM!
