Worse cable I've ever had (lived all over the country and used dozens of competitors) - Brighthouse

Paying for business class internet and get cut off 2-3 times a day and not as fast as competitors basic services. Their picture quality on a top of the line TV looks like a compressed gif sequence. I've had the DVR replaced 4-5 times a year and always the same issues keep coming back (shows don't record, records shows I never set up to record, DVR freezes or becomes unresponsive, resets every single night at 2am (I am a night owl) an no way around this) Channels I pay for constantly come up saying "currently not available"... Terrible support paid for guys to come out and rewire the house with updated RJ47 and they sat in the atic and did nothing for 30-40 mins I know this because one of the other techs came out a week later because we kept losing internet and cable and said non of the cables were touched. They are a complete joke and someone should sue them for false advertizing. The only reason I continue to use them is because they are in bed with the housing association here and we cannot go to anyone else because comes out of our association fees so I'm stuck with these dirtbags. If you have a choice stay far away from brighthouse .
