Worst customer service and adding services without customer consent - Brighthouse


We have had the worst experience with this company. First, the cable box goes out every few days, to top it off the OnDemand channels are always having issues. This company is all about finding ways to raise prices from adding the useless digital boxes to adding premium channels without client's consent. We will be looking for a new company where we are not paying over $110 a month for basic cable and the slowest internet connection, as will as dealing with the most incompetent employees we have experienced with a company.
