brighthouse leaving disabled woman withou alarm system after a documented break-in - brighthouse network solutions


My entire neighborhood has had the same issues. Everyday there is a brighthouse van in our neighborhood. I had a break in on 2/214, I noticed that my modem wires were disabled totally disabling my alarm. I called and made appt. for Brighthouse and my alarm company to join forces in fixing it on 2.4.14. Joe Thomas (the supervisor in our area) called me and told me that he cancelled my order stating he told me that he was no longer servicing my cable. I told him it was not the cable it was the modem causing me NOT to have an alarm. I told him that I had a case number with the SO. He told me that he did not care; and was not going to help me!!!!!! I called the corporate office in sarasota, brandon area and left a message. They pretended to set appointments, sent an level 1 tech that admitted he was clueless about alarm systems and modems. HE SCHEDULED MY NEXT APPT. with his lead tech Roland to arrive from 8-10. I called alarm company and they came out the next morning and no brighthouse. My alarm co. told me if they came out again they would have to charge me $300.00 if brighthouse did not show. When I told that to brighthouse CS, 15 minutes later Roland called stating he would be out 2-4. Roland arrived and argued that my alarm was wifi hook up. He used my black all in one printer cord to run from wall jack to modem. than he stated my alram was working. When I tried ti; It again came ;up CF. He did not care; he lied stating that modem was communicating to alarm; but alarm was not communicating to monitor company! When alarm co. came out they stated that the cord Roland used was NOT FCC REGULATED for alarm system. When I called roland before ADT left 4 times!!!!!!!! His comment was he NEVER GOT THE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he attempt to cause problems between my husband and I (separated for over a year) and I. Roland blamed my husband!!!!! come to find out that they set me up all along. They had a letter written up and sent out before Roland left my property!!!!!!!!! THEY LEFT A DISABLED WOMEN WITHOUT AN ALARM SYSTEM FROM 2/22014- TO DATE 2/15/2014. Joe thomas has had a personal problem with me ever since I proved I knew more about cable lines than him. His DENYING me a safe and secure home from 2/2/2014 caused all the animosity!!!! If he would not have INTERCEPTED my work order; than the other appointments would not have existed. I have not slept since the break-in and a brighthouse tech (vicki) admitted that Joe put into the notes to email him ANYTIME I call for a in house appointment. Then when I told my husband, he called priority management spoke to Bill and HE LIED ABOUT THE LETTER OF CANCELLATIONI!!!!! I NEVER CUSSED OR THREATENED ANY BH EMPLOYEE. And they cancelled me coz I told them if alarm company charged me I was transfering the cost to them. what BH did was wrong and they based it on a supervisor that was scared of a woman's knowledge and was not afraid to question his ability!!!!!!!!!!
