terrible rip off - Cable and internet service


Everytime I call brighthouse to make a change and lower my services to try to save money and lower my bill, I end up paying more for a lesser service. Most recently, I found that I was paying 70.00for turbo internet so I asked to be taken down to the 29.99 internet thinking I'm saving 40. When I received my bill it was actually more than it cost with the turbo. I called in to see why and the rep explained that it was more because I was taken out of the bundle I had. So basically, they raised my cable by 40.00 so they can keep their money. When I asked for a better bundle she said this is the best we have. Also, this is not the first time it happened. A while ago I was looking at where I could cut down on bills so I decided to cut out the premium channels and just have basic cable and my bill was more when I got it that time as well. Expect to pay 130 for cablew and internet when you have brighthouse, no matter what you do. Direct TV is looking pretty good! After 5 years I'm sick of brighthouse!!!!. They just rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!
