I don't like the way you added" Al Jezerah" to a network I subscribe to I did call to complain and have gotten two calls from some bright house rep and hung up on twice I would ask you remove them or find a way that they are not part of my lineup and if they are anyway then you do not deserve my money either harassing a customer who pays for a service that now brings in enemy news here we don't want it, Dish is looking mighty good

yeah it would but you I just called also to complain and wrote a letter to the office of the President. It gets a little worse I called politely to let you know I was not satisfied it was shoved down my throat saying the Cable companies all carry it and Direct TV I do not subscribe to the rest of them I subscribe to you. I said good bye apparently that was not good enough for him some one at Bright house not sure who called me and hung up in my face twice ...check my digital phone account . There are other places to spend money for programming

I appreciate the info. I have definitely forwarded your feedback over to our Marketing Dept. I have also requested that your call be reviewed for any possible coaching opportunities that may be present on our end. I'm very glad you let us know about this. At this time there is no way for me to actually remove the channel from our lineup. You can parental lock the channel so that you don't have access unless you unblock it. nope because I am still paying for it I don't want to pay for it at all if itr was just the case of not watching i would change the channel I do not want money going to a company that openly supports Al Qaeda Hamas these are people that are this is a fundamental difference not just changing a channel. You have to take responsibilities for the choices you make you chose to support and give money to by buying their programming we don't have a choice to chose ans in HBO where it is and an option and not an obligation had i known you were going to do this I would have not purchased cable tv from you and just bought the high speed internet and phone most likely what we will do . I do not like choices made for me. I can choose another. Pass it up if you do not think boycotts work ask Dany Glover great actor I enjoy his work but not his remarks at the time he was spokesman for MCI there were so many complaints about his political views which everyone has and that's fine but if you represent a company things are a bit different, They fired him Now cable has decided to carry a station on their lineup we all must pay for not good . I am a consumer I choose where i spend my money. Morally and monetarily I will not support this.

We actually have separated equipment fees from monthly service amounts. The monthly service amounts go towards programming costs. The fees that we collect for equipment such as boxes, modems, etc. are directed to maintain equipment. -Nick

ok its ok I know that but not important in the long ruin If I look at it as another channel I am not going to watch you can't watch them all if many people do that as you know what we are watching. I know CNN's ratings have dropped significantly a real journalist quits CBS as the are not putting out the truth ..things will change . We will just let the market place place decide, Save for this and one other issue I like bright house even with the other issue I like Bright house wifi i can watch Ion which I do watch if I can't sleep in bed and not wake up anyone . I cannot let one TV channel spoil the network let it stand on it's own merits... thanks Nick

I have a huge problem we were doing fine with you guys and paid up to date we need to cut TV and see if we could get a better right to match Verizon's offer of 55.00 a month for slightly slower internet and phone I asked you guys could you match no best you could do was 96 fine. I had called around the 16 or 17th of June the bill one bill not two was due on the 22 of June 2014 fine i asked in June we were up to date When does what i have paid for already end he said you bill is doe around mid cycle you are paid thru July the 8th So I asked pleas cancel on July the 7th 1 day before and we will keep the internet and Phone for a week had you guys come down this would not be happening So we agreed i would owe for one week The funny thing is i am being build for a month not a month and a week. of 184.27 We were told as long as we canceled by the 8th of July the account would be at zero .We cut cable tv on the 7th your rep came by and picked up the to TV boxes a DVR and a set top box , We are still good I called again to give you another chance to come down and got the song and dance on how bad Verizon was OK fine she is trying to sell your product nothing wrong with that We decided at that point to keep internet and phone for a week at the rate of 99 and change for month. a weeks worth would be 25 and taxes or 32 and change on the 14th as promised we went to your moon lake office in Port Richey Fl turned in both modems one for the phone and one for the internet. At this point i owe for 1 week of service the rep there confirmed i Owed to bring me to 0 32 and change can you pay it now or we can bill you by that time you guys had billed for another month on July 1st . I was told it would take a bit to get it up to date that you canceled The July the first would have paid me threw august the 7th. Again we were up to date when i called we we were paid through July the 8th so again canceled the ti asked the rep at the desk it shows a bill for 184 well that is for the equipment deposit as you have not turned all of it in and once you do and I see you turned in the DVR boxes on the 7th this July 14th you owe 32.56 OK great so far everything is fine. So we thing I get the bill for 187 for another month of internet phone and cable that we don't have. Verified by three employees your paid through the 78th of July you owe us for a week no again today still no bill for the 32 and another bill telling me i am seriously past due for the month of July to august but we had not paid the bill in June which ran through the 7th of July it was documented by your employees now all that is false had i paid you in June it would have paid me through August the 7th the problem is your billing cycle. overlaps some no we are told we misinformed bs they wont follow anything I am not going to pay for a month I did not use your service i even asked as we got the bill for the 184 told it was equipment deposits as you had cancelled in case you decide to remove this I will also post it on my web page for the world to see I am very angry I asked about this was reassured up until last month and now I owe 184 for services I did not use at all . A complaint into the FTC and BBB and the Florida Attorney generals office you still have not produced a bill for the one week of service which i do owe the rep las months said I did not and i asked him trust me I owe you 32 and change for the week VERIFIED BY 6 reps and your office on moon lake road This lady today wants me to believe that i was misinformed for 2 months straight and by your business office. I am LIVID I never go off on people I did today sorry you were miss informed I asked for a supervisor got this lady asked for her supervisor went into voice mail I will pay the 32 for the week I owe that it period The same damned thing happened last time we cancelled you in clear water we took the equipment back even with a damned receipt you continue to bill until we ended up bringing in an attorney all of a sudden it got fixed. Seems after 3 years you found the receipt miraculous when i brought in an attorney. You have the equips i have the receipts you have the equipment Had "I paid you would have refunded me but was told no it will be brought up to date it never has been. i kept up my bill till the end did what you told me now I am misinformed . went this morning I paid a month ahead of time it was fine on that date today the story changed from your moon like office no we bill a month ahead of time Something has changed in your billing system I was told on the phone the same answer up until last month and then told by the rep said I will take care of it i don't think you owe anything I countered with i do the 34 and change I was told that amount at the moon lake office turning in my equipment confirmed and told the 184 which you billed covered the hardware we had not turned in I was told IO? don;t know how they could have told you that But I will see if my supervisor can help you the system would have reflected what they were telling and the rep at you moon lake office said the same amount and I paid in cash when the service was started for a month ahead no being told your not paying ahead we are just billing ahead I am son social security disability your chances of collecting are nil that said I get attorneys free of charge but you mess up my credit she called me a liar last night and today I don't know how any one could have told you that amount your office told me that amount in person on closing the account and you have all the equipment and I had to drive there again only to be called a liar again nicely and explaining then changing the story no we bill ahead of time Dammit it i was current had i paid the June bill it would have gone to august per what i was told i was paid up through July 8rh 2014 now its only june 4th tell the attorney general why five employee supposedly told me incorrectly I was was mis informed .. Tell you what I don't give up and I asked to port my number and your staff told me I had to keep the service another month I did not port the number That's illegal I bet you wanted to charge me for that number anyway and pay double Its the only thing IO can figure you broke the law

Customer care agents called me a liar informed me that your people several of them on the phone and in person missd informed me and she was sorry I still owed it I wanted to port my number informed I would have to keep the service on two extra weeks so essentially you broke the law

I wrote on here several weeks ago filed with the BBB your reps lied the person that wrote the reply lied you lied I was told some one would call back did not happen when I went to moon lake to see about the bill you informed the BBB a member of management went over the bill I asked to see him I was told he had left and would not be back until Monday yet t in the letter you state a member of management had talked to me funny he never called back when I called I was sent to conflict resolution he never called back one rep apologized that I had been misinformed I was current not one but several reps including the one at moon lake 2 months later the story changes that is not my fault we always paid ahead of time. So I imagine Bright house now takes a political posture if you lie many times then they will believe the lie no manager called me back no manager from here called me no manager was at moon lake and was told he had left and she would go to him and have him call me so the letter to the BBB was a lie This is going on your page again my page and sent out to all my friends to avoid you like the plague your people told me I only owned the 34 one rep said I was misinformed so she saw the misinformation if it was so why did they lie? So why did three managers lie , So why did the person that replied to the BBB Lie?

At Moon Lake Rd Port Richey, FL on July the 14 /i owed 34 and change Olivia changed it today saying that one weeks internet and phone billed at 99 buck was now 69 and they had lied about that to, She told me that I could pay whenever really would not put it in writing i asked for a supervisor nope. This kid lied continually I asked for the address of the home company so i could write a cease and desist letter oh you already wrote it we do0n't need it if you don't need it why the hell are you calling me? At this point after all the garbage there were conversations on Face book n o cease and desist has been written as of yet I did not agree to a payment plan that was absolutely bogus never gave me the account number so i could pay by credit card aint happening . I am tired of the lies I am tired that i call with a concern about "al jezerah" being shoved down my throat your employee took it upon himself to call me back twice and hang up on a Bright house line moments after the call ended coaching ,,BS harassment, Stalking shall I go on repeated lying not just one employee 5 or six then oh you were misinformed for two months really? I am sorry but you owe 198 plus the 69 for one week of internet and phone quoted at 99 for month that she graciously took off 20 bucks worth so i would pay pay for another month of service I called around the 16th of June and had called previously to check on better deals money is tight we were current i asked the bill is due on the 22 how much time do I have left on what is already paid you have to July the 8th if that was a lie whey repeat it 5 times and in a business office This ends now, You have broken laws of the FDCRA you have broken harassment laws had the man told me exactly that i had at that point owed for a week i was ready to disconnect but persuaded to wait until the 8th then i kept a week of internet and phone quoted at 34.50 +- instead you chose to lie repeatedly this is fraud. Strong words you bet . Fed up and here is the kicker the service as far as technically was good no problems at all . The billing was fine until I decided to disconnect service . Then you chose to lie I say you because those reps represent you the is more I went to port my number than told i would have to keep the service another month told that again I don't think so your supposed to do that by law its not a courtesy yet you lied again . you harassed me stalked me now the world knows I need what she told me in writing that wont happen she will lie about that too she lied during the conversation did not identify herself as a collections rep tried to force me into paying something you said repeatedly i did not owe i paid 1 month ahed and current as of the 16th and told not to pay ahead of time two months after the fact I still just owed the 34 but you would not bill the correct amount you lied you lied to keep me you lied when you harassed me your repeated lies and broken laws have changed evewrything
