poor quality broken sofa and cooker
DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! even if you are desperate don't do it. ive had a corner sofa from them that was faulty the first day I had it, I had 3 more delivered and all faulty and still faulty, im in process of trying to get money back and get rid of these horrendous sofas that are unusable. cooker I had was faulty and had someone fix it, it lasted 3 days and rang up store 1 week later still no reply I had to go through regional manager route! The WORCESTER store are the worst for customer service, they will tell you they call you back and weeks later still nothing until you ring them!! ridiculous!! sort your useless staff out and try training them with real customer service skills
